But we’re not just innovating on waste we’re reimagining work. We upskill and employ former waste-pickers, providing formal contracts, health insurance, paid leave, and equity. Our team blends scientists, designers, and people from the informal sector, building India’s first fully integrated recycling lab for such complex waste.
