BIP Community Hub
What if we could address many of the world’s biggest challenges in just one go?
Water, energy, sanitation and food security are not separate problems—they are ALL foundations of a healthy, resilient community.
The BIP Community Center brings them together in one modular, highly compact and completely off-grid solution. It generates clean water from air and renewable energy from solar, while providing the essential infrastructure a community needs to grow and thrive.
Our goal is not simply to provide infrastructure, but to create the conditions for opportunity.
When people spend less time securing basic necessities, they have more time for education, work, entrepreneurship and building a stronger future.
If you are an NGO seeking solutions, a foundation or family office looking to create measurable impact, or an impact investor interested in scalable decentralized infrastructure, we would love to chat with you.
Our Partners
Building differently. Building with waste.
Circato provides the structure for the BIP Community Center.
Based in Bengaluru, India, Circato develops net-zero building systems that turn plastic waste into high-performance building materials. Its ThermoFused Wall (TFW) system uses factory-made, flat-packed panels designed for rapid installation, thermal efficiency and recyclability.
What they make
ThermoFused Walls combine recycled plastic with fire-rated cement fibre board, aluminium foil and an engineered structural grid. The panels are lightweight, waterproof and resistant to heat, mould, fungus and termites, offering an efficient alternative to conventional masonry construction.
The Government of Karnataka, Bengaluru International Airport and Brigade REAP are among its patrons.
WHAT MAKES CIRCATO SPECIAL?
Waste becomes a building material
Diverts approximately 9 tonnes of ocean-bound plastic waste per 1,000 sq ft of construction.
High thermal efficiency
Delivers 60%+ energy savings per structure, with thermal conductivity of 0.04 W/m·K.
No-water construction
Requires no water during construction.
Factory-made & flat-packed
Manufactured off-site, transported efficiently and rapidly assembled on location.
Designed for circularity
Reusable and fully recyclable at end of life.
Saving water. Restoring dignity.
ECOLOO provides the sanitation system for the BIP Community Center.
Headquartered in Sweden, ECOLOO develops sustainable, decentralized sanitation systems designed to work without conventional water or sewage infrastructure. Its biological toilet technology provides hygienic sanitation while transforming human waste into usable organic fertilizer.
What they make
ECOLOO's waterless toilets use a biological bacteria and enzyme process to break down solid waste and convert liquid waste into fertilizer. The self-contained system requires no flushing water, sewage pipelines, septic tanks or electricity and is designed to operate without bad odours.
ECOLOO systems have been deployed in locations including Jordan, Malaysia, Sierra Leone, Chile, Somalia, Tanzania, Mongolia and the Philippines, including projects with organizations such as UNDP and UNSOS.
WHAT MAKES ECOLOO SPECIAL?
Waterless sanitation
Requires no water for flushing.
No electricity
Operates without an external power supply.
No sewage infrastructure
No sewer connection or septic tank required.
Waste becomes a resource
Transforms liquid waste into organic fertilizer.
Proven in challenging locations
Deployed in remote and infrastructure-limited environments across four continents.
Turning air into clean drinking water.
BIE BESTWAY provides the water-from-air technology for the BIP Community Center.
Based in Zhejiang, China, BIE BESTWAY specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) systems, producing drinking water directly from humidity in the air. Its 50,000 m² manufacturing facility has capacity to produce up to 150,000 AWG and smart water-treatment units annually.
What they make
BIE BESTWAY manufactures AWG systems ranging from 10 L/day residential units to 10,000 L/day industrial systems. Its technology combines heat exchange and condensation with proprietary technologies, including MOF-based hygroscopic materials, designed to improve water production across different operating conditions.
Its systems are used across residential, commercial, institutional and large-scale applications, with projects and products across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas.
WHAT MAKES BIE BESTWAY SPECIAL?
Water from air
Produces clean drinking water directly from atmospheric humidity.
Large-scale production
Up to 150,000 AWG and water-treatment units annually.
Advanced technology
Combines conventional condensation with proprietary MOF-based water capture technology.
Highly scalable
Systems range from 10 to 10,000 litres of water per day.
🌍 Global experience
Commercial units installed in 26 countries and residential systems available in 56 countries.
