The Vifluter Vacuum Heat Pump Evaporator & Crystallizer is an advanced, energy-efficient solution engineered for industrial wastewater volume reduction, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), and high-value resource recovery. Operating under deep vacuum conditions (-85 to -95 kPa), the system utilizes low-temperature heat pump technology (37–50°C) to process recalcitrant, high-salinity, and complex hazardous liquid streams (HazWaste) without requiring external steam. Equipped with continuous automated PLC controls, corrosion-resistant metallurgy, and specialized scraper/anti-scaling architectures, it transforms difficult industrial effluents into distilled clean water and reusable crystallized salts.
