Previous projects

• Currently developing evidence-based policy briefs to explore gender-differentiated impacts of heat stress in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) and Transport sectors for the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
• Research project to examine gender responses to water scarcity and extreme heat in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Pacific Islands for ADB.
• Led the design and development of the first block-level Integrated Water Resources Plan for the entire state of Haryana in India, aligning local policies with SDGs and climate resilience goals.
• Spearheaded the Women in Water initiative in collaboration with the UNDP, the Ministry of Water, and the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI).
• Conducted water policies and budget reviews & produced policy briefs and advocacy material
• Conducted large-scale water assessments, engaging stakeholders across 22 districts to gather data and prioritize actions.
• Managed projects on biodiversity conservation (endangered species), natural ecosystems, and sustainable land use management.
• Supported community-based initiatives.
• Managed funds and grants, prepared donor communications and reporting materials.
