GreenVolt® One TruckCharge – High-power truck charging without grid expansion

TruckCharge is a battery-buffered, containerised charging solution that brings high-power charging to any site – no transformer, no grid upgrade, no years of waiting. A standard 63 A or 125 A grid connection is all it takes.

Inside the container, a 1,305 kWh battery storage system feeds up to 720 kW of charging power across four CCS2 charging points, upgradable to 1,000 kW with MCS for the next generation of e-trucks. The storage charges slowly from the grid when electricity is cheap and delivers the full power the moment a truck arrives. Optionally, solar or wind power can be fed in directly.

TruckReCharge – close the loop, skip the grid

Why pay grid fees and levies on every kilowatt-hour when the energy can come to you? With TruckReCharge, the battery modules of the TruckCharge system are charged where the energy is – directly at a solar or wind park, or at your own generation site – and then transported to the charging location. The energy never touches the public grid, so grid charges and levies are avoided. In some countries, this can even qualify as self-consumption under certain conditions, reducing costs further.

Fully charged modules arrive, depleted modules go back – a continuous cycle that turns green energy into affordable truck charging, independent of grid capacity or location.

TruckCharge is designed for logistics depots, truck stops, construction sites and fleet operators who need fast charging today – not after the grid has been expanded. It is delivered as a complete plug-and-charge unit, ready for operation in just a few weeks, and grows with your fleet.

Environmental benefits
Enables the switch from diesel to electric trucks today, without waiting for grid expansion – every charged truck replaces diesel and avoids local CO₂, NOx and particulate emissions. No transformer or grid reinforcement needed, saving copper, concrete and construction. Charges when renewable share is high and grid load is low, reducing peak demand. Direct use of solar and wind power bypasses the grid, cutting transmission losses and grid fees. Made in Scandinavia with short transport routes.
