Product description
TimberRoc – Hybrid Wood-Concrete Building System is a revolutionary construction solution developed by CCB Greentech. This innovative system combines the strength and durability of concrete with the sustainability and thermal efficiency of wood to create a cutting-edge building material.
The TimberRoc panels are made of mineralized wood particles and low-carbon cement, resulting in a material with significantly lower CO₂ emissions compared to traditional concrete. These elements are factory-prefabricated and modular, allowing for easy on-site assembly. They are designed to serve as load-bearing components for various types of buildings, offering superior insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing, and thermal inertia.
With a natural wood content of approximately 70%, TimberRoc not only provides excellent carbon storage capacity but also regulates moisture effectively. This system is compatible with bioclimatic architecture principles, reducing construction waste and energy costs while promoting sustainable building practices.
TimberRoc is ideal for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, public buildings, eco-neighborhoods, and industrial structures. It has already been successfully implemented in over 250 projects in France, demonstrating its scalability and effectiveness in helping construction stakeholders achieve Net Zero targets.
